The ALTAY CORPORATION acts as an integral part of our partner's business development team learning about all the strengths and benefits, weaknesses and disadvantages, potential risks and risk management alternatives of their products and services. We then introduce our partner's organization and proposals at senior management and technical levels to collect initial feedback and help us better prepare our partner for their in-country visits. Our responsibility is to guarantee that our partner will always be delivering the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, so that the customer and our partner are mutually rewarded.
CONTINUOUS CUSTOMER CONTACT... The ALTAY CORPORATION provides continuous data and information to the customer to help them make sound decisions. The ALTAY CORPORATION makes regular efforts to reach our target customers using various direct and indirect channels of communication including formal presentations, desktop briefings, white papers, and ALTAY News and Newsletters which are distributed to over 2,000 readers in both English and Turkish. We then assess the customer's additional data needs which require more emphasis and jointly plan tailored seminars or work-shops to be delivered by our partner's corporate business development team during their in-country visits.
