The objective of AIIT is to assess, coordinate and oversee investments in accordance with the diversification strategies defined by the ALTAY CORPORATION. AIIT was the first step in the creation of the ALTAY GROUP.

When the ALTAY CORPORATION requires significant professional capabilities and expertise outside of their scope of business development and consulting services, AIIT moves forward with the development of a professionally managed organization in the form of a wholly-owned subsidiary, with joint venture partners, or through other strategic alliances.
